  • We DO NOT accept Walk-In RMA or Service requests.
  • All customers MUST fill out and request and RMA before coming to Norwood.
  • Any customer without an RMA Number will be denied service. All items returned without prior approval and RMA number will be refused.
  • Your account must be current in order to obtain an RMA number.

Customer Service Drop-Off

PCs For Everyone’s Pickup and Customer Service drop-off is located at 232 Vanderbilt Avenue in Norwood, MA in the United Citrus building. Please note that there is no PCs For Everyone signage on the building. The front of the building is occupied by United Citrus (please look for their sign). When you see the United Citrus building, please proceed to the right hand side of the building. Located roughly half-way down the side of the building is a sign for Source Code Corporation and a door. This is our entrance. Proceed in the door and staff member will assist you.

Pickup and Drop-Off Hours are Monday thru Friday from 10:00AM till 4:30PM EST.
