Customer Service Policy
- We DO NOT accept Walk-In RMA or Service requests.
- All customers MUST submit an RMA request using this form prior to dropping off or sending in any item.
- Any customer without an RMA Number will be denied service. All items returned without prior approval and RMA number will be refused.
- Your account must be current in order to obtain an RMA number.

- Please call us for Pickup and Drop-Off locations. Pickup and Drop-Off Hours are Monday thru Friday from 10:00AM till 4:30PM EST.
